This ramen shop specializes in niboshi ramen. The special niboshi soba included chashu (braised pork), bamboo shoots, onions, nori and flavored egg for a wonderfully delicious combination. The thinly sliced pork belly and thin noodles also go extremely well with the niboshi soup, but beware if you are not a fan of the fish based broth. The touch panel at the entrance was a bit difficult to use and always a bit challenging when you have people waiting behind you. Crowd Size: Very High Payment Method: Cash

Local whole-in-the-wall Ramen. Dashi (fond) is made from sardines, not pork. Price is low, quality high. I will be back soon.
This is the place where you can eat rich niboshi(dried sardines) ramen. There's no bad smell of niboshi, and the soup is full of flavor, so once you start drinking it, you won't stop! The chashu is as tender and delicious as roast beef
Overall, it is delicious. I like the noodles and toppings, specially the meat. The soup is just fine taste. Fine means not salty or not overpowering or strong flavor...
This is our go to place when it comes to Tsukemen. It is so delicious, the noodles, thick soup and the meat. Will surely be back here.
